Tyra Lasuik led the Neelin Spartans with 22 points as they cruised to a 70-30 win over the Vincent Massey Vikings in Brandon High School Basketball League action on Tuesday.
Dani Black scored 19 points for Neelin. Ryan DeGroot and Kypling Black had 16 and six points, respectively, for the Vikings.
The varsity boys’ game was in progress at press time.
On Monday evening, the Crocus Plainsmen earned a 51-45 triumph over the Spartans in junior varsity boys’ play.
Simon Leckie had 16 points for Crocus and Kwali Taylor recorded 16 for the Spartans.
